  Recently, HANYAN officially commissioned its thousand-ton-scale energy storage porous carbon production line, marking a new milestone in the large-scale industrialization of high-end energy storage carbon materials driven by the company’s independently developed core technologies and proprietary production processes.

  The newly launched project adopts a dual-process, dual-production-line strategy, integrating both resin-based and biomass-based manufacturing technologies. The two production lines operate in parallel, complementing and empowering each other through coordinated production capabilities. Leveraging HANYAN’s self-developed material synthesis technologies alongside proprietary carbonization and activation processes, the company continues to optimize two major technical routes: precision structural regulation for high-end resin-based carbon materials, and green, low-carbon preparation technologies for biomass-based porous carbon.

  HANYAN’s resin-based technology route focuses on delivering products with low expansion characteristics, high specific surface area, and excellent structural stability. Meanwhile, the biomass-based process utilizes natural renewable raw materials, offering advantages such as environmental sustainability, cost controllability, and superior pore structure performance, enabling the products to meet the demands of diverse high-end application scenarios.
